CPS had our monthly Trojan code assembly recognizing students who showed outstanding attributes of ownership. Keep up the good work! 💙

Third grade celebrated donating the most CPS WHIP items with a grade level pajama day.
They donated 1,912 of the 3,564 items. 💙💙💙




Mrs. Brown’s 2nd grade class won a pizza party for donating the most items during our CPS WHIP food drive. They brought in 549 items that contributed to a building total of 3,564 items.

The CookieCoders battled it out in the preliminary round. When things heated up in the Semi Finals, they prevailed, and your Central Intermediate YCL team is headed to the Finals. Knit for a Cause students donated their first round of items to the residents at Holly Brook this week!
The students made a total of 9 pumpkins, 2 rounds coasters, and 26 square coasters. These will help to spread joy this holiday.
Way to go knitters!


These 2nd graders have spent the last two days cleaning up trash in the playground. They said “they’re taking ownership of their playground” Ownership is our Trojan Code focus for November! 💙
